เพื่อให้การบริหารงานตามนโยบายของสมัชชาสงฆ์ไทยในสหรัฐอเมริกา ดำเนินไปด้วยความเรียบร้อยและบรรลุเป้าหมายตามวัตถุประสงค์ อาศัยอำนาจตามความในข้อ๑๒ แห่งระเบียบข้อบังคับของสมัชชาสงฆ์ไทยในสหรัฐอเมริกา พุทธศักราช ๒๕๒๐ แก้ไขเพิ่มเติม พุทธศักราช ๒๕๖๐ ตามประกาศ สมัชชาสงฆ์ไทยในสหรัฐอเมริกา ฉบับที่ พุทธศักราช ๒๕๖๐ ข้อที่๕.๑ (๖) และโดยความเห็นชอบของคณะสงฆ์และคณะกรรมการวัดไทยกรุงวอชิงตัน, ดี.ซี. เมืองซิลเวอร์สปริง รัฐแมรีแลนด์ ประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกา
จึงแต่งตั้งให้

อายุ ๖๓ พรรษา ๔๓ วิทยฐานะ น.ธ.เอก, ป.ธ.๕, Ph.D.
วัดไทยกรุงวอชิงตัน, ดี.ซี. เมืองซิลเวอร์สปริง รัฐแมรีแลนด์ ประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกา
ดำรงตำแหน่ง เจ้าอาวาสวัดไทยกรุงวอชิงตัน, ดี.ซี.
พระภิกษุ สามเณร และคฤหัสถ์ ที่อยู่ในวัดดังกล่าวข้างต้น จงอยู่ในโอวาทของเจ้าอาวาสที่ได้รับแต่งตั้งแล้วนั้น ซึ่งปฏิบัติหน้าที่โดยชอบด้วยพระธรรมวินัย กฎหมาย และข้อบังคับของสมัชชาสงฆ์ไทยในสหรัฐอเมริกา
ขอจงถึงความเจริญงอกงามไพบูลย์ในพระพุทธศาสนา ตลอดกาลนานเทอญ

To ensure the effective administration of the Council of the Thai Bhikkhus in the USA in alignment with its policies and objectives, and by virtue of Section 12 of the CTU Regulations B.E. 2520 (Amended B.E. 2560), Section 5.1 (6), and with the approval of the monastic assembly and the temple Board of Directors of Wat Thai Washington, D.C.:

is hereby appointed as the Abbot of Wat Thai Washington, D.C., located in Silver Spring, Maryland, USA.
All monks, novices, and laypeople residing in the aforementioned temple are requested to respect the guidance of the newly appointed Abbot, who shall perform his duties in strict accordance with the Dhamma-Vinaya (Buddhist Monastic Code), secular law, and the regulations of the CTU.
May everyone achieve growth and prosperity in the Buddha’s teachings forevermore.
