10:00 – 10:30 AM        Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)
10:30 – 11:00 AM        Yoga: Graceful movement with breathing

11:00 -11:30 AM         Walking meditation
11:30 – 12:00 PM        Highlight of the month (Topic will be announced)
